Local wood stove shop owners and installers say they're seeing an uptick in people switching to their products to save on energy costs in the floundering economy......

Please put this on your status if you know someone who is an asshole. Or maybe a two-faced bastard, or someone who deserves a good hard punch in the face. Or a major selfish 'me me me' drama queen. These idiots affect the lives of many. There is still no known cure for these dickheads, but we can raise awareness.

And the sun sets on another Thanksgiving Day! The turkey was great, the cranberry sauce, the mashed potatoes, deviled eggs,.....heck, everything was great! Except maybe the gravy tasted a little weird....

Missing Photos......Fixed!

Suddenly some of the photos in a few of my picture-stories here on Daenabook disappeared. After a bit of detective work, I was able to diagnose and repair the problem. I had reorganized some of my Picasa albums, like I always do, but I had accidentally left the new album containing those photos set to private. All fixed now!

And down it goes again.....

We still have a little snow that hasn't melted yet, but it's going almost as fast as Snoopy was on our walk today!
