Yay! I made it! An even -20 below zero this morning, right on the nuts.
Tried to take a couple pictures of the Moon and Mars last night, but I couldn't hold the camera still enough and it was too damn cold to get the tripod out and set it up. Oh well, got some cool squiggly pictures of them. Of course, you don't need a very slow shutter speed for the moon, but to get Mars to show up good you do. Someday I will buy a camera that I can take better star and comet pictures with. A Canon Rebel would be nice.
